We've Got To Change The Bait: Peace At The Park, June Recap

I know I say this every time, but this was the most powerful circle yet! We learned about the two key components to manifestation and the power of Kundalini Yoga, and I can't wait to share it with you!

Manifestation

As multidimensional beings it is important to understand that you are able to access different planes of existence. The first plane, the one you are most familiar with, is the Physical World. Everything that is matter is a part your physical world. You nagivate and perceive this dimension through your five senses. It's made up of anything you can touch, see, smell, taste, or feel. You can call it "the manifested", or "the known".


Although you can easily perceive physical objects and space in the manifested, we now know that every thing, even solids, are made up of 99% empty space. What appears to be empty space, is actually realm of infinite possibilities-- or the quantum field as scientist refer to it. The quantum is comprised of and infinite amount of electromagnetic fields, which is just another term for energy. All energy holds intelligence, intention, awareness, and consciousness. You can call it "the unmanifested" or "the unknown"


How can I bring an unknown from the unmanifested into a known in the manifested?


By changing your energy so that it is an energetic match to a potential in the quantum field.


And how do I do that?


To put it simply, by changing your thoughts and feelings.


You're already doing it, you just may not be aware. Let me explain.


When you perceive something in the physical world with your senses, your brain creates a thought. That thought produces a chemical cascade that then produces a feeling in your body. Once you have a feeling in your body, your brain then produces more thoughts to match the way you feel in your body, and the cycle continues. While all this is going on in your physical body, the known, there's something else interesting going on in the unknown.


The thoughts you produce are emitting an electric charge and the feelings you produce are emitting a magnetic charge, coming together to form a electromagnetic field surrounding you. Your energy, your aura. By now you know, that this field is your energy, comprised of your intention, consciousness, and awareness.


Since where your attention goes our energy flows the more you think the same thoughts and feelings the more you collapse an infinite amount of possibilities into the same known potential over and over again--what you know as your life. It's like fishing in a lake with and unlimited species of fish and catching the same species over and over again because you're using the same exact bait. We've got to change the bait!

So, if you want to create a new experience in the known, you must be an energetic match for that potential in the unknown by thinking new thoughts and feelings.


Again, how?!


By pairing a clear intention (thought/electric charge) with an elevated emotion (feeling/magnetic charge) and focusing on maintaining that state of being. Feelings like fear, guilt, and self-doubt vibrate at a much lower rate than feelings like gratitude, joy, and awe. So it's pertinent that we are intentional and aware of the signals we send out. Our brains don't know the difference between the past, present or future, it only knows the information we give it. We can use this to our advantage by acting as if a future event has already taken place by focusing on the thoughts and feelings this unmanifested potential will bring.


Manifestation Exercise:

Below is a activity that you can print out and use to start manifesting!

Instructions:

1. Think of an experience that you want to have that hasn't happened (ex. I want to go on vacation)

2. Choose a letter to represent this experience and place it in the squiggly bubble. This represents the new electromagnetic field you will emit when manifesting (ex. V for vacation)

3. In the Clear Intention Column, write at least 4 qualities you want this experience to have (ex. location of vacation, resort you will stay in, who you will hire to petsit, solo trip or going with friends. Get as detailed as possible, but don't define a time since time doesn't exist is the unmanifested.

4.Choose the elevated emotions you will emit as if you have already had this experience (ex. freedom, gratitude, awe, sincerity.)

5. Meditate. Pray. Focus. Visualize. Take Action. Be Intentional. Practice!

DISCLAIMERS:

It takes practice. Each time we have the same thoughts and feelings that reinforce the same habits and patterns, making it an automatic process. If you've never run a day in your life and wake up and decided 10miles, I'm not saying it's impossible, but it would be really difficult vs. training your body to run long distances. The more you practice new thoughts and feelings, the more you will reinforce new patterns, thus attracting new potentials. Activities like the one above and meditation practices such as kundalini yoga is a great first step!
