Sarga Bodywork is a barefoot massage method that employs the use of a fabric strap fastened to a massage table to deliver therapeutic myofascial and deep tissue techniques. This fabric strap is used by practitioners for stability and to add tensional and gravitational force to specific manual therapy methods. These methods, combined with the broad contact surface of the foot facilitate less restriction and more ease and relaxation in recipients’ bodies. Session lengths are 90min or 120min.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi

In old Hawaii, the lomi lomi was used as medicine for the mind, body and soul of all its citizens– from child to chief. During this ancient practice, you will be completely saturated in warm organic coconut oil. Your therapist will use long, ocean-like strokes over, under and across your body. Because of the continuous full body movements, draping will be done temple style, meaning your private areas will be covered with a towel. This sacred treatment will hold safe space for you to go through your own unique experience. Table Thai Massage

Table Thai Massage combines yoga-like stretching with a gentle, rhythmic rocking as well as muscle compressions. This type of massage helps improve muscle mobility, posture, and muscle relaxation. During your session, you will focus on taking long deep breaths from your diaphragm which will to help promote deeper stretches and a profound state of relaxation. While traditional Thai Massage is done on a mat in the floor, Table Thai is performed on a massage table to make this beneficial modality accessible to those with mobility restrictions. Since Table Thai is a fully clothed massage, so we recommend that you wear flexible clothes that don’t restrict any movement!​

Foot Scrub and Massage

Hot Oil Scalp Massage

Time and time again our guests ask if they can catch a few z’s after their treatment–now you can! Recent studies have shown that taking a short nap may increase alertness, improve cognitive function and decrease stress. After your service, our therapist will place a weighted blanket over you to ensure the utmost comfort. She will then lead you into your nap with a series of compressions while you drift away. You will be awakened gently with more compressions and a soothing tone to ease you back into your day feeling rejuvenated.
