Sarga Bodywork Course Policies

Payment

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Items are converted based on the exchange rates of Global Currency Rates on the date a transaction is charged.

Course Tuition

Course tuition is non-refundable, but may be transferred to a different course up to 60 days before the course begins.

A $75 transfer fee applies if you request to transfer after tuition has been paid. If you register within 60 days of the course start date, tuition is both non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Student Transfer Policy

All transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email. You may transfer your course registration to another course offered by MasPaz Massage LLC (with Kristin Kirkland as instructor) if the request is made more than 60 days before the course start date. A $75 transfer fee plus any difference in tuition will apply. A separate invoice will be sent to complete the transfer.

Course transfers are valid for 12 months from the start date of the originally registered course. Transfers are not available less than 60 days before the course start date.

Tuition & Discounts

  1. In-class product discounts:
    Students may purchase equipment and products at a 10% discount during Sarga Bodywork courses.

  2. Retake Rates:
    Students who have previously completed a Sarga Bodywork course are eligible for discounted retake rates:

    • Sarga 101: $200 OFF regular tuition

    • Sarga 102: $100 OFF regular tuition

  3. Online Course Credit:

    • Up to $200 from a Sarga 101 Self-Paced or Guided online course may be applied to a Sarga 101 in-person course within 2 years of purchase.

    • Up to $100 from a Sarga 102 Self-Paced or Guided online course may be applied to a Sarga 102 in-person course within 2 years of purchase.

Course Cancellation & Drop Out Policy

If you are unable to attend your registered course, please notify us as soon as possible. Tuition is non-refundable but may be transferred (with a $75 fee) to a different course if requested more than 60 days before the start date.

If you do not attend your course or do not request a transfer within 12 months, your payment is forfeited. We strongly recommend purchasing refundable airfare or travel insurance in case of illness or emergency.

Course Cancellation & Postponement By Instructor

A full refund or complimentary transfer of course tuition will be issued if Kristin Kirkland is unable to deliver a scheduled course for any reason outside the participant’s control. Please note that MasPaz Massage LLC will not be held responsible for reimbursing any travel, lodging, or other personal expenses unrelated to tuition.

If a course does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement at least 30 days prior to the start date, Kristin reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the course. In this case, participants may choose to either transfer to another course without paying the standard $75 transfer fee or receive a full tuition refund.

Incomplete Attendance

Sarga Bodywork does not offer partial credit. You must attend all course hours in order to receive CEU credit. This includes arriving on time and staying through the entire session each day.

Exceptions may be made for emergencies, unexpected illness, or pregnancy. If you miss class time, Kristin must be notified on the same day. Make-up hours must be arranged with a certified Sarga Bodywork instructor at your own expense and completed within 3 months. Otherwise, a full course retake is required.

Students who do not complete the full course will not receive a Certificate of Completion or be eligible for advanced-level courses.

Student Dismissal Policy

MasPaz Massage LLC and its instructors reserve the right to stop instruction or dismiss a student from class if:

  1. The student’s behavior is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.

  2. The student requires more support than can be provided in a group setting.

  3. The student is unable to meet Sarga Bodywork’s fitness and conditioning requirements.

  4. The student’s health prevents them from safely giving or receiving Sarga Bodywork techniques.

Dismissed students will have a private meeting with the instructor to determine next steps. Tuition already paid may be applied to future instruction (valid for 18 months) or refunded, based on the situation. MasPaz Massage LLC is not responsible for any related travel or accommodation expenses.

Terms & Conditions

MasPaz Massage LLC teaches Sarga Bodywork courses as an independent contractor in partnership with Sarga Bodywork. All students must agree to Sarga Bodywork’s policies and legal terms, including those related to shipping, marketing, trademarks, privacy, and liability.
